Dounebrae has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The apartment features two king en-suite bedrooms, making it particularly well suited to couples travelling together, families or friends looking to share a stay while still enjoying privacy.
The spacious living areas create plenty of room to gather, relax and plan the days ahead, while the private entrance allows guests the freedom to come and go independently. A well-equipped kitchenette provides flexibility throughout your stay, whether preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.
Outside, the patio offers an additional place to sit and enjoy the surrounding countryside, helping guests make the most of the peaceful setting throughout the year.

Yes. Guests staying in Dounebrae have complimentary access to Douneside’s indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym throughout their stay. The new Douneside Spa is due to open in early 2027.
Yes. Dogs are welcome at Dounebrae; however, we kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furniture. Dogs should only be left unattended in the apartment if they are safely secured in a crate and do not bark.

Dounebrae has a minimum stay of two nights.

Dounebrae is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.
We kindly ask guests to leave Dounebrae in good condition, with rubbish placed in the bins, dishes washed and the apartment left clean and tidy.
