Our 3 AA Rosette Head Chef, will create a special 6-course tasting menu for these evenings, showcasing a variety of expertly crafted dishes. Our Sommelier will introduce each dish, explaining the provenance of its ingredients, followed by a brief history on his choice of accompanying wines, explaining why each vintage perfectly complements the dish being served.
Each evening is limited to 14 guests, who dine together in our Library restaurant.
Along with our Head Chef’s tasting menu and the selection of fine wines, each evening is further highlighted by wonderful entertainment - from accomplished musicians, to renowned guest speakers or an evening hosted by an award winning visiting winemaker.
