Our beautiful Conservatory Restaurant was designed to bring the outdoors in. Reflecting the seasonal changes of our surrounding gardens, the space is filled with a range of plants and freshly cut flowers. During the day, the Conservatory is light and airy, enjoying views of the Arts and Crafts inspired terrace garden. As day turns to evening, a candlelit atmosphere sets the scene for our award winning dining experience.
With a strong focus on creativity, our Head Chef Matt Price and his team take our guests on a culinary journey showcasing Aberdeenshire and Scotland’s fantastic larder but in particular, utilising our own extensive home-grown produce. You will often find our kitchen team in our kitchen garden – selecting the freshest vegetables, fruit and herbs from our wide range of over 80 varieties grown on site using fully organic methods.
