Intimate, atmospheric, and limited to only 14 diners our Library restaurant offers a unique dining experience.  Surrounded by old books, antiques, an open fire and candlelit tables –  the setting may feel reminiscent of a bygone era, however, our Library’s tasting menu celebrates tradition with a twist.  Using only the finest local suppliers, the Library’s triple rosette awarded tasting menu draws on a range of our Chef’s global inspiration and influences.

Guests dining in our Library will be guided through a seasonal, 6-course culinary journey by our passionate team. An evening in our Library restaurant is further enhanced by an optional wine or non-alcoholic drink flight. Our Sommelier (James Payne – former winner of UK Sommelier of the Year) works closely with our kitchen team to select wines that enhance the dish being served. Our wine flight includes interesting and diverse wines specially selected from our extensive wine list featuring renowned winemakers from around the World. Our non-alcoholic drink flight includes a range of locally sourced and in-house creations.

Our Library Restaurant opening times are:

Non-resident guests are welcome, although an advanced reservation is essential.  Two menu options are available – the tasting menu and vegetarian tasting menu.
