As part of a planned refurbishment programme to enhance our spa and wellness facilities, the Health Club will be closed during the Hogmanay period, with works scheduled for completion in February 2027. Unfortunately, this means the Health Club will be unavailable throughout your stay.

We wanted to make you fully aware of this in advance, and please be assured that the temporary closure has been reflected in this year’s Hogmanay pricing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure a room or cottage this Hogmanay, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit upon reservation, with the final 75% non-refundable balance due by 31st October 2026.

Please note that our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival, and should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation prior to this time, you will forfeit the deposit made up to this point.

Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are liable to be charged the full cost of the stay. We recommend that you should consider travel insurance in case you need to cancel your stay within 60 days of arrival.
