Your Hogmanay Experience:

30th December

Arrive from 3pm and settle into your room before joining us for scones and tea in the Main Bar with live music. Take time to explore the gardens, unwind in the Health Club, or relax by the fire. In the evening, enjoy our Chef’s award-winning three-course dinner in the Conservatory, followed by a friendly quiz in The MacRobert’s Reply Bar to begin your stay in true Douneside spirit.

31st December

Enjoy a leisurely morning and breakfast, then join us later for a light lunch of soup and sandwiches in the Conservatory. In the early evening, Champagne and canapés in the Piano Lounge. The night unfolds with a black-tie dinner in the Conservatory, port and cheese in the Pantry Bar, and live music and cèilidh dancing well into the small hours. As the clock strikes twelve, step onto the terrace for Champagne, the bells, and a spectacular fireworks display over Royal Deeside.

1st January

Ease into 2027 with a relaxed breakfast in the Conservatory. Join us for an activity, or simply enjoy some quiet time by the fire. In the afternoon, indulge in scones and tea with live music in the Main Bar, before an informal evening of bar snacks and a comforting New Year’s Day dinner in the Conservatory.

2nd January

Begin the year refreshed with a hearty breakfast in the Conservatory, perhaps followed by one last stroll through the gardens or a morning swim in the pool before departure. Leave with warm memories of good company, fine food, and a truly Scottish celebration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure a room or cottage this Hogmanay, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit upon reservation, with the final 75% non-refundable balance due by 31st October 2026.

Please note that our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival, and should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation prior to this time, you will forfeit the deposit made up to this point.

Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are liable to be charged the full cost of the stay. We recommend that you should consider travel insurance in case you need to cancel your stay within 60 days of arrival.
