A Walk on the Wine Side is a two night experience shaped around walking, wine and the landscape surrounding Douneside. Guests arrive on Friday before settling into the estate and beginning the weekend with an introduction to the walled garden, a glass of fizz and a relaxed first evening.

The experience includes a guided walk through the local landscape, with curated stops featuring live music, light refreshments and wines selected to complement the surroundings. The weekend is guided by Douneside Sommelier James Payne, joined by Beth from Gusbourne, Laurel and Sabrina from Walk Farm, and local fiddle player David Anderson.

With breakfasts, a luxury picnic, a bespoke tasting menu with wine pairings and Health Club access included, the weekend is sociable, considered and unhurried.
