The Weekend Experience

Arrive on Friday and enjoy an a la carte dinner in the Conservatory, then spend Saturday exploring Royal Deeside before returning for a champagne reception, four course gala dinner and a lively ceilidh into the night. A true Highland Gala experience!

Accommodation

Douneside House, once the home of the MacRobert family, is now an award winning hotel owned and operated by The MacRobert Trust, the legacy established by Lady Rachel MacRobert. Her spirit of generosity and Highland hospitality lives on throughout the estate.

Guests stay for two nights in individually designed rooms or holiday cottages, suitable for groups up to six. Each offers country house elegance, bespoke local craftsmanship, and the warmth and character that define Douneside.
