Casa 22

Casa 22 is a stylish ground floor studio apartment, located within Douneside gardens with views across our infinity lawn and Howe O' Cromar. It is within a building split into four apartments. Casa 22 is ideal for those who wish to be in the close vicinity of Douneside House but with a little more space.

Casa 22 is one of our accessible apartments, therefore the bathroom is a wheelchair accessible wet room.

Guests staying in our holiday cottages and apartments have full access to all of Douneside's facilities including the onsite Health Club with swimming pool, gym sauna and steam room.

During your stay you can choose to dine in our Conservatory restaurant, which serves breakfast or dinner 7 days a week. We can offer packed lunches for guests who wish to spend their day exploring everything the local area as to offer. In Spring and Summer months we can provide a BBQ for a small charge, for you to self cater al fresco in the Aberdeenshire countryside.

We don't have set check-in days for our apartments and cottages. Our team would be delighted to help you put together an itinerary for your family holiday in Royal Deeside.
