To secure a room or cottage this Hogmanay, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit upon reservation with the final 75% non-refundable balance made by 31st October 2025. Please note that our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival, and should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation prior to this time, you will forfeit the deposit made up to this point. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are liable to be charged the full cost of the stay. We recommend that you should consider travel insurance in-case you need to cancel your stay within 60 days of arrival.

We’re delighted to invite you to our much-anticipated Wine Weekend on the 21st and 22nd November – a relaxed yet refined two-night escape filled with fine food, exceptional wines, and expert insight. Priced from £599 per person, the package includes two nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast, plus all accompanying wines. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided by renowned wine expert Tarquin de Burgh, alongside our Sommelier James Payne and Restaurant Manager Calum Robertson. Highlights include a fun and interactive “Call My Wine Bluff” quiz on Friday evening, a Riedel Wine Masterclass on Saturday afternoon, and a five-course tasting menu with premium wine pairings on Saturday night – each dish and wine thoughtfully presented by our chefs and hosts.
