Casa 21

Casa 21 is a pet friendly holiday apartment located on the first and second floors of our Casa Memoria building. The sitting/dining room, which is located on the second floor, enjoys fantastic views across our 'infinity lawn' and beyond. It has a small kitchenette within the apartment. Casa 21 is ideal for those who wish to be in the close vicinity of Douneside House but with a little more space.

Guests staying in our holiday cottages and apartments have full access to all of Douneside's facilities including the onsite Health Club with swimming pool, gym sauna and steam room. Within the grounds of Douneside there is plenty for all the family; with a tennis court, putting green, and children's play park, to name a few.

Our Conservatory restaurant is open 7 days per week, serving breakfast and dinner. Our Library restaurant is also open Thursday-Saturday evenings. We can offer packed lunches for guests who wish to spend their day exploring everything the local area as to offer. In Spring and Summer months we can provide a BBQ for a small charge, for you to self cater al fresco in the Aberdeenshire countryside.

We don't have set check-in days for our apartments and cottages but we do require a minimum two night stay. Our team would be delighted to help you put together an itinerary for your family holiday in Royal Deeside.
